Our approach

Based on W. Edwards Deming’s System of Profound Knowledge, we integrate Lean Six Sigma with wider continuous improvement and strategic planning to build solutions that deliver sustainable, measurable results.

  1. 1

    Start with the business

We align every project to your goals and strategy, so effort goes where it matters most.

  2. 2

    Let the data lead

We measure before we change anything, and separate root causes from symptoms.

  3. 3

    Use the right method

DMAIC to improve existing processes, and DMADV to design new ones.

  4. 4

    Make it stick

Control plans, ownership and capability-building mean your team sustains the gains.

What we offer beyond projects

When clients want to build their own improvement capability, we can help with that too.

  • Executive awareness sessions to build a shared vision for improvement
  • Lean Six Sigma training so your team can lead projects
  • Programme and project management for larger improvement initiatives
  • Support for public and private sector organisations
