Philip has led businesses and transformation programmes across the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. His experience spans international manufacturing operations, emerging technologies, circular-economy ventures, financial and operational transformation, business development and international market expansion.
As an entrepreneur, he has built and scaled businesses from early stage, including growing one venture to around US$12 million in annual revenue within five years.
Today, through Blazdell Consultancy, he works with founders, investors and management teams on business transformation, operational improvement, market entry, commercial strategy and scale.
